K8 has worked together with founder of Henry Audio Børge Strand-Bergesen to re-develop the chassis and aesthetic of the DA256 digital convertor.

The convertor is a compact and user friendly device without the need for special apps or network, allowing users to enjoy music in higher resolution.

K8 developed several aesthetic directions focusing on simple use of quality materials, giving a premium feel which could fit with a range of other audio devices and interiors. The final design utilises machined solid wood and brushed aluminium, forming a sleek and easy to assembly chassis. The DAC256 device has achieved international recognition, including a review in Forbes magazine.
